Being Comfy In Your Home Office

Right now I’m in the middle of a dilemma. My work area in my in-home office is downright uncomfortable. I started to notice that my back and neck pain was worse when I had a long day at my computer. Of course some of that is caused by the lack of movement when you’re sitting still for long periods, but I learned a lot when I worked for a physical therapy office about how your equipment can cause problems.

Getting Ready To Make Window Seat

I’m psyched! I got the last piece I need in order to be able to make my window seat this weekend. Yesterday I stopped in at the home improvement center and bought 4 pickets, which are going to be the seat back at the end of the window seat, so I can sit and look out the window and read or study (and once I get a laptop or iPad I’ll be able to work there, too!).
